About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced music producer to collaborate on a project, focusing on high-quality tracks with a pop/hip-hop sound. The immediate goal is to produce a standout single, with the possibility of expanding into an EP to help establish a presence in the music industry. The project draws inspiration from artists like The Kid Laroi and Justin Bieber, blending catchy pop melodies with hip-hop influences. While there are no strict deadlines, the artist is looking for a producer who can help develop a professional music portfolio and potentially work on long-term collaborations. The work can be done remotely, and the budget is negotiable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the artist to understand their vision, sound, and stylistic preferences.
• Produce high-quality pop/hip-hop tracks, ensuring the music aligns with the artist's references (e.g., The Kid Laroi, Justin Bieber).
• Assist with the arrangement, mixing, and mastering of tracks to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Provide creative input on song structure, instrumentation, and production techniques to enhance the overall sound.

Requirements

• Proven experience in producing pop/hip-hop music, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in music production software (Ableton, Logic Pro, FL Studio, etc.) and familiarity with mixing and mastering techniques.
• A solid understanding of current trends in pop and hip-hop music, particularly the sound of artists like The Kid Laroi, Justin Bieber, or similar.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the artist and align on creative direction.
