About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced music producer to collaborate on a country album. This is a long-term, ongoing project with a focus on creating a high-quality finished product. The position offers remote work flexibility and competitive compensation based on the producer's offer. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the artist to understand and realise their creative vision for the country album
- Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to final mastering
- Arrange and produce songs, ensuring they align with the desired country music style
- Guide recording sessions, both for vocals and instrumentation
- Mix and master tracks to industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a music producer, with a strong focus on country music
- Extensive knowledge of country music styles, trends, and production techniques
- Proficiency in industry-standard digital audio workstations and music production software
- Strong ear for music and ability to enhance songs while maintaining the artist's unique style
- Experience in audio engineering, mixing, and mastering
