ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Communications Analyst to join our team. As a Mid-Level Communications Analyst at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our mission and vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify communication needs and develop targeted strategies.
- Creating clear and engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, blog posts, social media, and internal communications.
- Assisting in the development and execution of communication campaigns and events.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for communication initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication activities and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing relationships with external vendors and partners to support communication objectives.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and applying them to enhance our communication strategies.
- Assisting in the coordination of media relations activities, including drafting press releases and maintaining media contact lists.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear content.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management tools and content management systems.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of government contracting or related industry is preferred.
