Full Job Description
We're looking for a Media Manager to join our team. Your main focus will be to handle client relationships and serve as the "face" of Tahzoo in a lead role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our largest clients and help them win by solving some of their complex challenges.
The Media Manager will be creating, monitoring, and tracking online search, display and social campaigns. We're looking for someone who can successfully manage complex clients independently and lead day to day client engagement around media performance and strategy. You will act as a partner for our clients and consult with them around investment levels, media mix, creative and audience targeting while highlighting emerging opportunities.
The ultimate goal for this role is to provide best in class service while helping to grow our clients’ business and promote the value and philosophies Tahzoo brings. As a more senior member of the media team, you will have the opportunity to mentor our Media Specialists by supporting their development as they progress in their careers.
What You Will Do:
- Lead weekly client engagements and drive strategy discussions
- Oversee the strategic planning, trafficking, and optimization of high-investment campaigns, maintaining a focus on performance and profitability.
- Define standards and enforce adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for the trafficking of marketing campaigns and reporting, maintaining a high level of performance and accountability.
- Implement campaign management protocols for campaign traffickers to check in and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Generate synergy across marketing operations, sales, and account services, ensuring account onboarding, billing and campaign trafficking is done so efficiently.
- Responsible for the financial success of the media buying solutions provided to clients, ensuring these offerings are as profitable as they are effective; this includes providing recommendations on and continually reviewing pricing and corresponding profit margins.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology, leading the assessment and integration of new tools or partners to enhance campaign or process efficacy.
- Monitor campaign activity against approved budgets, monitoring pacing regularly Lead, guide, coach and develop our team of campaign traffickers and digital strategists, ensuring precise forecasting, scheduling, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships of all third-party media buying and sales enablement partners.
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns
- Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights
Requirements
Who You Are:
- A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a managerial role within marketing or advertising operations, with a substantial focus on digital campaign strategy and execution
- Minimum 2-3 years in account management of agency and/or digital marketing accounts, including but not limited to client acquisition, onboarding, reporting and retention
- Expert-level proficiency with Google's advertising suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and demand-side platforms.
- Deep understanding of GA4, SEO, WordPress, and conversion metrics
- A comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and conversion tracking methodologies
- Proven ability to traffic, optimize and report on marketing campaign performance
