Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital media campaigns, including Google Ads, for German-speaking markets
• Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance
• Negotiate and purchase media placements to maximize reach and impact
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad content
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign strategies

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in media buying, particularly in the German market
• Expertise in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with the CET time zone and willingness to work full-time hours
