As a proud leader in the home and outdoor industry, we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Manager (E-Commerce) to join our team. In this role, you'll get the opportunity to blend marketing initiatives with sales strategies, while continuing to uphold the service that our customers value.

This Leadership role is crucial for ensuring high quality leads are being driven to our Jacuzzi.com sales team, resulting in growth to our e-commerce business. The right candidate will be highly entrepreneurial and be looking for an opportunity to run a growing business.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and test a multi-media marketing plan for Jacuzzi.com channel expansion.
  • Management of relationships with marketing and advertising vendors.
  • Experience managing online digital marketing experience (AD words, email drip campaigns, YouTube advertising, etc)
  • Responsible for driving leads to our Jacuzzi.com channel to generate sales revenue.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.
  • Identify and scale profitable lead sources while monitoring returns.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives converting inbound leads into sales.
  • Develop and implement a standardized procedure for effectively converting leads.
  • Create reporting tools for pipeline management and accountability.
  • Work with cross functional teams; Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Product Management and Engineering.
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting sales of Jacuzzi.com channel.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Marketing Management (premium consumer goods experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Experience with Lead Generation, Sales and Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Adwords is highly desirable
  • Must be highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results
  • Thrives in dynamic environments requiring innovative approaches.

  • Salary $110,000+ (Depending on experience)
