Marketing Director

Global Life Science Hub is partnered with a highly innovative biotechnology company specializing in groundbreaking gene editing and stem cell technologies. They provide innovative solutions to drive advancements in complex scientific research and therapeutic development, with an aim to significantly impact the healthcare industry.

Due to growth volumes, we seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to spearhead their marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance the market presence and establish a compelling brand identity. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for marketing and a knack for inspiring creativity and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
• Supervise the marketing department, providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, product launches, and more.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and publications.
• Conduct general market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor movements.
• Control budgets and allocate resources among projects.
• Build strategic partnerships with external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar leadership role.
• Extensive experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of managing and mentoring a marketing team.
