Our mission at Rezilient Health is simple: to make access to primary and multispeciality care convenient, timely and seamless. Because we virtually beam our doctors into our CloudClinics, our members can choose their doctor based on their preferences, not their location, for a completely different healthcare care experience.

Our doctors can be anywhere, while our CloudClinics are conveniently located where people live, work and shop. Each CloudClinic is staffed by an experienced clinic specialist who becomes the doctor’s hands. Our members can also interact with their Rezilient doctors through chat and video, providing a continuous relationship with their doctor no matter where they are.

Above all, our tech-forward approach streamlines the primary care experience so our doctors have the time to treat our members as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. And we’re continuing to add specialty services and breakthrough technology to offer the most comprehensive, convenient care possible.

We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to help drive sales through outbound marketing distribution and qualifying inbound leads. As an MDR, you will work closely with our entire Growth Team (sales, marketing, and customer success) and cross-functionally across other departments. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies and processes to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Drive opportunity growth through outbound marketing: Use modern prospecting, enrichment, and outbound tools to reach and educate high-priority accounts with the right messages and identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Manage our inbound leads: Develop a process to follow up and qualify marketing-generated leads (demo requests, MQLs, content downloads, event attendees, etc.) to educate leads, understand their customer fit, and ensure only high-quality leads are handed off to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting B2B customer relationships
  • Be a creative and analytical voice: Use your growing expertise and data-backed analysis on what’s working and what isn’t working to provide feedback and suggest improvements to customer acquisition processes.
  • Other marketing support: Execute special projects as needed, such as revenue ops and demand gen support, market and competitor research, and events.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred 
  • Proven work experience as a B2B (not consumer or retail) Sales Representative or Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Highly motivated and target drive with a proven track record in B2B sales 
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Relationship management skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated to consistently achieve or exceed goals
  • Demonstrated success working as remote/hybrid team member
  • Someone who is open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with the sales team members
