What You’ll Do
The Indeavor Account Executive will use curiosity, industry acumen and Indeavor Solution knowledge to influence customer decision making as a trusted advisor. You will deeply understand prospect/customer pain points to drive value focused outcomes, commercial partnerships and a successful, long-term customer relationship. You will develop and manage a pipeline of warm leads from marketing or sales development partner, as well as those you generate yourself. The Indeavor Account Executive will fully own the sales process, identifying and engaging internal partners where necessary to close the sale - including opportunity for expansion within enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Achieve quota through value focused selling
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new and existing account opportunity, prioritizing to achieve quota.
- Manage the sales process by thoroughly understanding decision makers, actions and timelines necessary to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
- Document all sales interactions timely and accurately in internal tools (SFDC, Outreach, Kennected, Zoominfo, etc.)
- Understand prospect/customer pain points and educate and create value around our solutions as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a program partner, delivering exceptional service and adding value in every interaction.
- Create value around our full suite of offerings to drive sales and increase loyalty and retention.
- Develop and maintain a level of industry and product knowledge to enable ease of conversation and influence to solve customer challenges and ultimately close deals.
- Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information, providing feedback and input to the company.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or necessary for achieving quotas/objectives.
Requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and desire to succeed within a high-growth company.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- Demonstrated successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Experience calling on or working within a manufacturing setting or HR a plus.
- Ability to quickly and easily develop rapport with others, and excellent communication skills (verbal/presentation and written).
- Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing key initiatives.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a sense of urgency and bias for action
- Curious, driven to achieve and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Energized by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
