The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, collaborator, and business process leader who has proven experience in supporting Channel Sales and Ecosystem development initiatives. This person will be critical in supporting the key needs of the channel business both internally and externally with a focus on the overall channel experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, coach, and develop a highly effective and productive Channel Operations team while exemplifying the core values of the company.
- Strategically partner with senior Channel and Ecosystem leaders to translate business objectives into standard frameworks and system workflows to achieve revenue goals.
- Train, support, and oversee the daily operations of our partner portal and its data synchronization with Salesforce.
- Partner with Channel and Ecosystem leaders in building and scaling out channel programs during the program strategy, business model development, and operating model definition to ensure a successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, success, enablement, product, marketing, engineering, finance, etc.) on our Channel and Ecosystem Sales motions, and what assets, content, capabilities, and resources are needed to help us drive revenue growth and improve productivity.
- Execute our Channel Enablement strategy, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze channel performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and collaborate on strategies to optimize channel success and revenue generation.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to co-create joint sales plans and support channel-driven sales opportunities.
- Drive operational improvements and provide business insights such as forecast metric curation, dashboard views, and channel scorecards.
- Bring awareness and enablement to cross-functional teams about the importance of channel requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel operations and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in sales/partner/channel sales operations with a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and strategies in B2B Channel Sales and Channel Relations.
- Extensive hands-on professional experience in Salesforce.com and related PRM tools.
- 3+ years of experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams.

- Digitally savvy, with exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
- Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information.
- Excel at building relationships and collaborating inter-departmentally.
- Exceptional work ethic to get the job done whether providing strategic insight or providing operational assistance to stakeholders, no job is beneath them.
