Managed Services CE Senior Technical Consultant

As a Managed Services Dynamics CE Senior Technical Consultant experience you can expect to…

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including custom entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, and web resources
• Implement advanced customizations using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend Dynamics 365 CE capabilities
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems using custom code and middleware solutions
• Design and implement automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and streamline tasks
• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating them with Dynamics 365 CE to provide meaningful insights and data visualizations
• Develop complex queries, data models, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and business intelligence
• Create comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and Power BI reports
• Provide technical training and support to internal teams and end-users on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions that align with business needs and technical specifications
• Developing and documenting technical specifications, including architecture diagrams and integration designs
• Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of custom solutions and integrations to ensure high quality and reliability
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to custom code, integrations, and reporting
• Staying current with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Recommending and implementing best practices to improve development processes, enhance system performance, and ensure the effective use of Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development, with a strong track record of delivering complex solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and development using C#, JavaScript, and SDK
• Proficiency in Power Automate for integrating and automating business processes
• Expertise in Power BI for building data models, queries, and visualizations
• Familiarity with Azure services and other relevant technologies is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
