Logistics Manager

RVB Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to join our team. As a trusted company in the industry, we are committed to delivering efficient and streamlined logistics operations for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management. From optimizing supply chain operations to ensuring on-time delivery, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and maximizing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations
• Plan and manage transportation and distribution activities
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and best practices
• Experience in transportation, distribution, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in logistics management software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CSCMP or CLTD are a plus
