Full Job Description
US Federal Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team remotely. This position plays a critical role in supporting our federal clients by analyzing and optimizing logistics operations and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics metrics and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain processes to maintain operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes affecting logistics operations.
- Provide support in logistics planning for DOD projects.
- Mentoring and coaching of junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics analysis or supply chain management preferred
- Experience as active duty or reserve US Air Force NCO or Officer with mobility, logistics and supply chain expertise preferred
- Strong proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with federal agencies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Active and adjudicated Secret or Top Secret Security clearance
