The Pedone Agency is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with potential clients who have expressed interest in life insurance and retirement solutions, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations and needs, taking into account their budgets, risk tolerance, and future goals.
  • Research and present a range of life insurance and retirement products to clients, explaining the features, benefits, and premiums associated with each option.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the most suitable policies or plans based on their unique circumstances, ensuring their satisfaction and peace of mind.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
  • Facilitate the application process for clients, assisting them with completing necessary paperwork and coordinating with underwriters to ensure a smooth and timely approval process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address any concerns or changes in their circumstances.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Life Insurance Agent license.
  • Proven experience as a Life Insurance Agent or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various life insurance and retirement products, including term life, whole life, universal life, and annuities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain complex insurance concepts and policies to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and dedication.
