ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Instructional Design, the Learning Management System Administrator will play a crucial role in the ongoing management and development of our learning management system and digital platform. The Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for the administration of digital learning course programs, which includes creating course sections based on our learning program calendar, registering participants into their appropriate courses, managing online course enrollment, generating reports on participant metrics and providing general user support for the platform. They will establish and maintain productive relationships with both internal careholders, external partners, and the participants of our learning programs.
UnboundEd is a virtual organization and this employee can be based anywhere in the United States. UnboundEd has core business hours where we expect all staff to be available from 9 am to 5 pm local time and 25% travel is required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Course Management Support on Digital Platform: Create and manage learning course sections used for various program events
- Support registration and rostering of participants into their learning course sections
- Provide event course registration coordination, staff/user support and communication assistance during program events
- Aggregate data after each program event and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the reports provide all necessary information
- Use course engagement reports after the event to provide participants with the appropriate completion certification within the digital platform
- Support in the general maintenance and organization of the resources and learning materials accessible on the platform
Project Management: Follow established processes and complete work according to assigned deadlines
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Manage multiple technical support requests at one time during program events
- Continuously seek to improve our project processes and work to improve user experience on the digital platform
Relationship Management: Collaborate with UnboundEd staff to increase internal understanding of the digital platform
- Provide technical support on the digital platform for UnboundEd program participants via live chat, email, video calls, and in-person settings
- Support UnboundEd staff requests on the digital platform
Other related duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role for a digital system
- Other equivalent combinations of relevant experience and training will also be considered

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
UnboundEd offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience and education and a generous benefits package that includes take-as-you-need vacation time, group medical, dental, and vision plans, disability and life insurance plans, and an employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan with a 5% employer contribution and no vesting period. This is an exempt position with an annual compensation range of $84,700 - $131,300. A compensation offer is based on relevant years of experience in relation to the position.
