ABOUT THE POSITION
Allergy Research Group® (ARG), seeks a Lead Development Representative who will be joining the Customer Service Team. You will play a crucial role in the company's sales and marketing efforts by qualifying leads, managing the initial stages of the sales process, and ensuring potential accounts are effectively transitioned to the sales team. You will serve as a liaison between Marketing, Customer Service and Sales. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate and qualify leads using specific criteria to ensure their business needs align.
- Track and manage the flow of new customers generated by marketing efforts.
- Ensure smooth integration of new accounts into the Sales Team.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Drive lead conversion efforts, ensuring high-quality leads are efficiently transitioned into accounts.
- Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow up communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion.
- Participate in day-to-day customer service duties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving lead conversions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of sales and customer service practices
- Positive attitude with a passion for winning
- Experience in HubSpot and NetSuite is a plus
Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
