Position Summary

The landing page designer plays a crucial role in creating effective landing pages that drive user engagement and conversions. We are seeking an experienced designer who will combine creativity, technical skills, and user-centric thinking to create compelling landing pages that drive desired actions from visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth CRO audits and user experience assessments to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Utilize A/B testing, conversion-focused design, and copywriting strategies to optimize landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless execution and the highest standards of project excellence.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Demonstrated ability in UX/UI design, especially in crafting high-performing and high-converting landing pages.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving approach.
• A deep understanding of key CRO tools and UX principles.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and a desire to drive growth within the team.
• CXL certification is highly regarded.
• Copywriting skills are highly regarded.
