Junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Talent Sourcer at Aretum, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and create comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and engage potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Review resumes and qualifications to assess candidates' fit for specific roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Recommend and implement improvements to sourcing and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably in the government contracting industry.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates using various sourcing methods and tools.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Experience in the government contracting industry or familiarity with the Federal hiring process.
