About the Role
We are building a results-driven team of Junior Sales Representatives for our outside sales team in North America to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for engaging existing customers to grow new product solutions while fostering a solid partnership between our customers and the company. You will assist with developing and qualifying new and existing business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting and customer support. We attend a significant amount of trade shows throughout the US during certain times of year which results in overnight travel so you have to be willing to travel when needed.
You will be assigned to an existing outside sales territory to work in sync with the existing Outside Sales representative so it’s critical that you are a team player. To be a successful Junior Sales Representative, you must have a strong grasp of prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, and great communication skills. It is critical that you fully understand and can execute successful prospecting, engaging conversations, setting up calls and calendars, managing, tracking, and optimizing prospecting campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience and understanding of sales with at least 6 months of outside sales experience. Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Following a training and development schedule, gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
- Expand the Anatomage portfolio of solutions with existing customers by engaging and effectively understanding the true needs of the customer.
- Complete daily sales phone calls, emails and other outreach mechanisms as well as on-site meetings to Medical Education Schools (Universities, Colleges, High Schools, etc.) and at networking events such as trade shows or events.
- Expand Anatomage’s client base through calling on and converting leads to accounts and growing existing accounts by identifying additional needs.
- Regularly follow-up with established contacts.
- Work efficiently and effectively with existing Outside Sales Representatives.
- Develop and present quotes on products and services
- Assist with the completion of RFP’s (Request for Proposals) when needed.
- Manage Prospecting Campaigns in a CRM including notes on all activities, conversations and future next steps.
- Call Warm & Cold Leads and opportunities to develop relationships, deliver value and book calls with sales team
- Clear and consistent internal team communications using email, phone, Slack and Zoom video calls.
