About the Role

Our client, a music band is seeking a junior animator with expertise in anime-style animation to work on the creation of anime music videos. This is a long-term, ongoing project involving remote collaboration. The animator will play a crucial role in bringing the band's vision of a mech-themed anime to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and animate characters, mecha designs, and backgrounds in accordance with the band's creative vision.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency in visual style and adherence to the established aesthetic.
• Produce high-quality animations that capture the essence of the band's music and complement their death metal sound.

Requirements

• Strong experience in 2D animation software
• Proficiency in anime-style character design, mecha design, and background art creation.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles and techniques, including timing, staging, and exaggeration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
