About the Role

Our client is seeking a junior animator for a creative mixed-media music video project. The project combines anime-style animation with live-action footage, creating an innovative visual narrative that bridges fantasy and reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate a doll-like anime character
• Integrate animated elements with live-action footage
• Create smooth transitions between animated and real scenes
• Collaborate with the music artist to align visuals with audio
• Maintain consistent character design throughout the video
• Meet project deadlines and milestones
• Provide progress updates throughout production

Requirements

• 1-2 years of animation experience
• Proficiency in animation software (e.g., After Effects, Animate CC)
• Basic understanding of compositing techniques
• Experience with character animation
• Knowledge of anime art style
• Ability to work with provided live footage
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
