About the Role
Our client is seeking a junior animator for their podcast. The desired style for the animation is cartoonish. This is a singular task, but there is potential for follow-up work. Budget offers are open for discussion, and the freelancer can work remotely without any location restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create a cartoonish animated intro for the podcast.
- Collaborate with the client to understand their creative vision and preferences for the animation style.
- Develop storyboards or concept art to illustrate the proposed animation sequence.
- Animate characters, backgrounds, and other elements to bring the intro to life.
Requirements
- Junior-level experience in animation, with a portfolio showcasing work in cartoonish or similar styles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, including character animation and timing.
- Ability to work independently and manage the project from concept to completion.
