POSITION OVERVIEW:

Stream Data Centers is seeking an experienced Intune Administrator to join its cloud team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Intune solutions to manage and secure devices in our organization. You will collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across various platforms and devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Intune capabilities, device management best practices, and security protocols. 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions to support device management and CIS-level security requirements.
  • Configure and deploy Intune policies for device enrollment, compliance, security, and application management.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate Intune with existing infrastructure and systems such as Windows 365.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Intune configurations and policies to ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intune-related issues, including device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment.
  • Stay informed about new Intune features, updates, and capabilities, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Intune administration and usage.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of additional technologies or tools to enhance Intune functionality and effectiveness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience as an Intune Administrator or similar role, managing device management and security solutions. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune capabilities, including device enrollment, compliance policies, application management, and conditional access. 
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, including Windows 10 and 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms. 
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 integration with Intune. 
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Intune configuration and functionality. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate are a plus. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and customization of Intune configurations. 
  • Strong knowledge of Intune policy effects on various browsers. 
  • Knowledge of endpoint security technologies, such as antivirus, encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR). 
  • Familiarity with modern management approaches, such as Windows Autopilot. 
  • Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). 
  • Experience with CIS-level Intune policies and policy organization. 
  • Experience working with security teams in incident tracking, management, and response. 

The pay range for this role is between $130k -150k (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
