Full Job Description
MedScope, a Medical Guardian company, seeks an organized, results driven individual to oversee all aspects of Medical Alert Drive installations in an assigned territory. Installer Coordinators will be the point of contact for installers in your region, review work performed, and counsel, suspend or terminate contracts as needed. We partner with consumers, emergency contacts, care givers, care managers, and agencies by making 40-60 outbound calls a day. You will be responsible for all facets of all installations in their territory from assignment to completion.
Our installers make their own appointments to complete their assigned installations around their schedules but within our stated guidelines and turnaround times. They are responsible for meeting key metrics and communicating as often as possible to provide updates.
Additionally, Installer Coordinators screen and interview new independently contracted installers. You will use our customized system to review applications, conduct phone screenings and background checks, and contract with installers in a specifically assigned region of the United States.
This is a remote full-time position, requiring a work schedule of 9:00 am-5:00 pm daily.
Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: PA, DE, GA, MI, NC, TX, NJ, and FL only.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of duties and responsibilities including coordination of installations and service appointments.
- Ensure all installations are completed within specified timeframe.
- Monitor job activity queues daily for installer hiring and performance related tasks.
- Coordinate with consumers, consumer's contacts, and Care Managers to drive toward getting our devices installed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to installers, customers, care manager, and agencies.
- Review applications to determine which candidates meet specific criteria for the installer position.
- Contact candidates and conduct phone screenings to contract strategically.
- Onboard new installers: explain position in a clear and detailed way; give overview of our equipment and what each work order would entail; conduct background checks; make sure all paperwork and training is completed prior to first job accepted.
- Review installer performance: counsel, suspend or terminate as needed.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Management, or similar field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications required.
- Technological mindset - an understanding of our equipment is required, and the majority of tasks will be done electronically.
- Previous experience with phone interviewing or recruiting or contractor management a plus.
- Remote hiring or supervision experience a plus.
- Intelligent individual with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, specifically a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to thoroughly interview over the phone.
- Professionalism in all office interactions: communication, appearance, demeanor, reliability.
- Strong customer service experience.
