Full Job Description

GlobalPassport™ is seeking a driven and consultative Inside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on converting qualified leads into clients for our citizenship-by-descent services. This role is less about selling features of our app and more about understanding clients’ needs, building rapport, and offering the best solution from our end-to-end service offerings. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of success in consultative selling. Requirements

Consultative Selling and Closing Deals:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their citizenship-by-descent journey.
  • Consultative Approach: Utilize consultative selling techniques to build rapport, educate prospects, and effectively communicate the value of GlobalPassport™’s end-to-end services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication to move leads through the sales cycle to close.
  • Closing: Close deals with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring prospects transition smoothly into clients who are ready to be onboarded by our team of citizenship advisors.

Collaborating with Internal Teams:

  • Handover Process: Ensure a seamless handover to the citizenship advisors once a client signs up, providing all necessary details to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Share insights and feedback with the marketing and product teams to optimize the sales process and enhance service offerings.

CRM and Reporting:

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in our CRM system (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager, tracking progress toward individual and team targets.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay Informed: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our citizenship by descent service offerings and keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Client Needs: Develop a strong understanding of the specific needs and pain points of potential clients seeking citizenship by descent.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals, ideally in a consultative sales environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in sales roles within global mobility, immigration services, or related industries is highly desirable.
