Position Summary
Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for transforming healthcare? ReflexMD, a leader in the telemedicine space, is seeking top-tier remote Inside Sales Representatives to join our elite team for weekend shifts. As an expert in sales, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with potential and existing customers, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the evolution of healthcare accessibility. Our Inside Sales Representatives are also known as our 'Wellness Advisors"
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement and Consultative Selling: Proactively engage with potential customers, demonstrating an acute understanding of their healthcare needs and goals. Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client requirements, articulate the value proposition, and guide them towards tailored ReflexMD telemedicine services.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Drive the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, including effective follow-up strategies. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Customer Retention and Save Strategies: Implement retention strategies to ensure the satisfaction and continued engagement of existing customers. Apply effective objection-handling techniques to save potential cancellations and retain valued customers.
- Converting Warm Inbound Leads: Capitalize on warm inbound leads with high purchase intent, employing consultative selling techniques. Overcome objections and guide potential customers through the subscription sign-up process.
- Winback Customer Conversion: Implement communication strategies aimed at addressing the reasons for the customer's departure, overcoming objections, and highlighting the value or improvements that have been made since their last interaction with the business. This will require a thoughtful and personalized approach to rekindle the customer's interest and rebuild trust.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related field, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product or service benefits, address customer concerns, and build rapport.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Thorough understanding of the product and service offered, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, customer needs, and market dynamics, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Experience using Salesforce, sales tools, and other relevant technologies to efficiently manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance.
- Results-driven mindset focusing on achieving and exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators.
- Ability to identify customer challenges, address objections, and provide effective solutions to drive sales forward.
- Capacity to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement.
- High-level of resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and rejections, maintaining motivation and a positive attitude throughout the sales process.
- Excel in the position with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace suite
- Experience in telemedicine, health and Wellness and/or subscription sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field
