We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the Professional Services team at March Networks.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Meeting with clients to conduct End User Survey and collecting information required to configure March Networks software and services

·       Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems

·       Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval

·       Installing customized software systems and all necessary components.

·       Customizing software systems and services based on clients’ individual needs and specifications

·       Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.

·       Coordinating with Client Success team to onboard and consult clients on how to use March Networks software and services to maximize their ROI

·       Collaborating with CSPs and Managed Services team to ensure all hardware, software and services purchased are activated and configured to client’s standards

·       Ensuring that the project team (CSP, End User, Managed Services and Client Success) is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.

·       Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done.

·       Transitioning client to Client Success team post implementation process


·       Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or equivalent work experience

·       Experience working with enterprise-level retail and banking clients

·       Experience implementing software and services in a B2B SaaS environment

·       Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

·       The ability to project manage and multitask effectively

·       The ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       Exceptional communication and customer service skills

·       Detail-oriented


·       Experience with digital video recorders and CCTV surveillance technologies

·       Proficient with SQL server DB, Swagger and Salesforce
