As an Implementation Project Manager, you will engage with key stakeholders and leverage your project management and technical expertise across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You’ll be an essential part of our dynamic, growing team, contributing to a collaborative environment where your insights and ideas are valued.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with client stakeholders and internal team members to develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Track and manage budget and resources.
- Identify issues and risks to mitigate issues with scope, cost, and schedule.
- Work with Professional Services, Sales, and the Product team to help produce estimates for resources, time, and budget.
- Collaborate extensively with all contributors and stakeholders by communicating expectations throughout the project and providing updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage the project process through planning, development, testing, and delivery phases.
- Support and participate in requirements, design, demo, and training sessions with business stakeholders (both onsite and remotely). Add to detailed discussions by exhibiting Billing expertise and best practices.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience managing multiple implementation projects within the Billing ecosystem.
- Experience in waterfall, agile, and blended environments, including the use of and familiarity with modern project, and work management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, and technical and non-technical personnel.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others who may have different skill sets, backgrounds, and positions within and external to the organization
- Self-motivated, independent, and possessing the ability to learn quickly
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA.
