In this role, you'll:
- Empower Customers: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap.
- Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes.
- Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Provide On-Site Support (as needed): Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel).
- Provide Feedback: Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Technical Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in software implementations.
- Customer Focus: Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Proven Success: A strong track record of achievement in previous roles.
- Unique Talents: Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team.
- Highly preferred: Bilingual French proficiency.
- Preferred: Located within a commutable distance of the Quebec City area, or located in the Pacific or Mountain Standard time zones within the US.
