Chicago Cornea Consultants, LTD is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations. This position is for a full-time experienced HR Administrative Assistant who can demonstrate proficiency in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with HR processes. Experience working in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as they will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and tracking HR documentation. Strong communication skills are essential, as the HR Administrative Assistant will assist with employee inquiries and provide support to the HR team. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment is also required.
We are looking for a Full-time HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR records, assisting with HR processes, and handling employee inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
- Manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Assist with the administration of HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives under the guidance of the HR team
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Prior experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in HR tasks and processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software, databases, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws and regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
