Full Job Description
Join AdvisaCare, a reputable Home Health / Medicare Agency, as a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will provide quality care and support to our patients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
You will be responsible for conducting Start of Care assessments, coordinating patient care, and providing visits for ongoing health management. Your expertise and compassion will be vital in ensuring each patient receives personalized attention tailored to their unique needs.

Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in Home Health nursing (preferred but not required)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
- Current Tuberculin (TB) test and CPR certification
- Clear criminal background and drug screening
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
- Willingness to travel within the service area
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
