Do you love helping women change their lives and improve the quality of their life? Do you have the ability to influence others to reach their goals? If so, you could be the program advisor for Redefining Strength.

The program advisor plays a fundamental role in achieving and actualizing the mission of Redefining Strength: helping people live their strongest, healthiest lives at any age. You will do this by speaking with qualified inbound applicants over the phone for the Redefining Strength Coaching Program. You must practice high levels of leadership, integrity, and stay in alignment with Redefining Strength’s core values of ownership, synergy, drive, and passion during all conversations.

This is not a cold-calling position. You will be speaking with pre-qualified applicants who have applied to our coaching program or those our appointment setters have scheduled onto your calendar. The role of this position is to guide and educate the prospects on the Coaching Program and sign them up. We have a proven sales process and provide you with ongoing sales training from an in-house sales consultant.

You must be comfortable and confident in selling over the phone and, most importantly, helping women change their lives. This is about more than just weight loss; it’s about making an impact. You must sustain an excellent call quality score with a high close rate.

Responsibilities

  • Take sales calls from screened prospects.
  • Speak confidently to women looking to improve their health and fitness.
  • Know the ins and outs of Redefining Strength’s Coaching Program.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Attend company, team, and department meetings.
  • Commit to learning and growing with a growth-oriented company.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively navigate and log notes in our CRM.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Maintain positive quality assurance for all customer interactions.
  • Handle common objections (money, time, not ready, spouse, etc.).

Requirements

  • 2 years' sales experience is preferred but negotiable depending on the candidate.
  • Fitness/health background is preferred but negotiable depending on the candidate.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Be hungry! You must be a top performer with high-ticket experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills required.
  • Fitness-minded, high integrity, self-confident, self-motivated, goal-driven, coachable, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, concise, and clear when speaking over the phone (don’t sound like a robot).

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation with no cap. We provide a guaranteed minimum pay and a generous commission structure with performance bonuses. We offer ongoing sales training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. The average on-track earnings for all sales reps is over $150k/year.
