Health Coach

Jae Kim, MD Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Health Coach. As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our patients improve their overall well-being and achieve their health goals. You will work closely with our medical professionals to develop personalized wellness plans for each patient, providing guidance, support, and accountability throughout their health journey. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical professionals to assess patients' health needs and develop personalized wellness plans
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and create individualized health programs for patients
• Educate patients on proper nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other lifestyle factors that impact overall health
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability
• Track and document patients' health improvements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Conduct group wellness workshops and assist with community outreach programs
• Stay up-to-date with current health research and developments to provide the latest evidence-based guidance to patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, nutrition, or a related field
• Certified Health Coach or similar certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other lifestyle factors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their health goals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using technology and health tracking apps and devices
• Experience working in healthcare or a related field is a plus
