Requirements

• Business development capability is a must. The candidate should be a leader, preferably not too old, with possible requirements for occasional trips to Europe and America (under 45 years old).
• The company is considering adding an additional headcount (HC) to collaborate with another individual in overseeing the US market. Depending on the situation, an additional sales position may be added.
• Start-up Experience: Ideally, 2 years of experience in a startup environment.
• Strong Work Ethic & Competency: Candidates must demonstrate a strong sense of entrepreneurship and possess excellent abilities.
• Domain Focus: Strongly focused on the security camera lens and camera module industry. Sales managers, product managers, project managers, or any candidates with comprehensive abilities and a willingness to engage in sales and business activities are encouraged to apply. Essential is a solid understanding of optical lenses (security, AR/VR).
• Technical & Sales Proficiency: Candidates must possess both technical knowledge and sales understanding (or a willingness to engage in sales activities).
• Language Requirement: Bilingual in Chinese is a must.
