About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Paid Media to analyze and campaigns across paid media platforms, with an emphasis on Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon Ads. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will lead our paid media team and be responsible for its performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing winning growth strategies, managing client relationships, and driving performance across paid media channels in the DTC space.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the day-to-day paid media campaigns for our brand
- Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellence in execution and professional development
- Together with our Director of Marketing, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of paid media initiatives and revenue growth
- Ideating and delivering value-added strategies and tactics is a must
- Ensure all campaigns are approved, tested, QA’d, launched on time, and that there are no errors or miscommunication
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and A/B tests and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and present strategic recommendations to our team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention initiatives with broader business objectives and needs, working particularly closely with our Creative, Design, and CRO teams
- Prepare regular reporting and presentations for the internal team, highlighting performance, progress, challenges, and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven experience running paid media in Meta, Google and Amazon is required; TikTok, Snapchat, and Tatari preferred
- 5+ years of digital marketing /growth experience with DTC brands required
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-impact team
- Incredibly strong understanding of acquisition strategies, customer funnels, and direct response digital marketing
- Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and execute a comprehensive media buying roadmap
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, derive insights, and make informed decisions
- A+ communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with internal teams
