Noun Project is building a global visual language that unites the world - a language that allows quick and easy communication no matter who you are or where you are. We are looking for a growth-minded, analytics-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing vision, strategy, and execution. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our small marketing team to accelerate our user acquisition growth and subscription revenue by both leveraging our existing customer base of over 10 million users, as well as unlocking new avenues through strategic marketing initiatives.
Our HQ is based in Los Angeles, CA, but our team is fully remote and distributed. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time; all candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing growth strategies with a keen focus on user acquisition and conversion.
- Develop measurement strategy, forecasting, benchmarks, and dashboards to support and monitor marketing activities.
- Measure and report on the performance of growth initiatives against ROI and key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Continuously evaluate and refine existing marketing channels such as email, social media, content, affiliate, partnerships; introduce new channels that accelerate growth.
- Prioritize current and new marketing activities and allocate resources accordingly.
- Lead any necessary market research, including competitor analysis, to develop and refine marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in B2C SaaS marketing, including growth, performance, product, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands on experience and a proven track record of driving user acquisition and subscription revenue growth.
- Experience overseeing paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and other direct response channels.
- Proficiency in managing multiple marketing channels and understanding the nuances and best practices for each.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and metrics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Experience in SEO content marketing, including with tools such as Searchlight, Brightedge, SEOClarity, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, etc.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in design or a creative field
- Familiarity with design tools and marketplace platforms

Salary range: $175,000 - $190,000
