Head of Growth - DeFi

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Head of Growth - DeFi - this role is fully remote, but candidates need to be based in EST to CET timezones.

We are the premier point tokenization protocol, allowing users to turn loyalty points into profit through a liquid onchain secondary marketplace. Building towards a world where value flows freely across all mediums, we’re on a mission to improve liquidity and price discovery for illiquid markets.

We’ve been in the space since 2017 and have experience launching and contributing to DeFi protocols, such as Sense Protocol, MakerDAO, and Aave. We are backed by Dragonfly, Variant, Nascent, and Bain Cap Venture.

As our head of growth (GM), you'll work closely with the founding team (Josh, Kenton, and Steven) to brainstorm, plan, execute, and improve GTM strategies that drive usage.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy & launch for new products, features, and partnerships
• Leverage analytical tools to monitor, track, and measure awareness, engagement, and campaign performance
• Live in the trenches of Crypto Twitter, following and participating in the latest DeFi trends and narratives
• Manage our content pipeline, draft articles/research, twitter threads, and craft visuals with the help of freelancers
• Constantly drive attention to us on Crypto Twitter

Requirements

3+ years of background in Growth, Marketing, or a similar role

Passion for everything in DeFi (products, thought leaders, trends, and users)

Deep understanding of crypto consumers and product landscape & UX

You have an existing social media brand

Experience with trading, earning passive yield, earning points, and collecting airdrops since 2023
