Growth Specialist (Intern)

You will be actively involved in lead generation, market research, and client engagement strategies, all while gaining valuable insight into the dynamics of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
• Client Outreach: Support outreach efforts via email, phone calls, and social media to engage potential clients.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
• Database Management: Help maintain and update the CRM database with new leads, client interactions, and sales activity.
• Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback from clients and prospects to improve products and services.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to taking initiatives.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
