Where you come in.
Pepper is looking for a highly curious, analytical and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to scale effective new customer acquisition on non-social paid channels, including Paid Search, Video and Affiliates. In this role you will own developing, executing and measuring the full acquisition funnel strategy of these non-social paid channels to scale as part of the broader, strategic channel mix. The impact you’ll be making is helping millions of women discover Pepper and the power that a great fitting bra can make on one’s confidence.
- Strategy Development: Devise comprehensive strategies on non-social growth channels, including Paid Search, Video and Affiliates, that successfully meet marketing targets with a focus on improving KPIs that ultimately drive CAC and bottom-line profitability (Orders, CVR, Discounts, CPA, ROAS, Contribution Margin)
- Media Management: Lead day-to-day planning, buying, measuring and optimizing of SEM and Video acquisition efforts, applying a critical, quantitative eye to ensure we’re hitting or exceeding new customer and revenue goals on Google (AdWords, Youtube, Display), Bing, Yahoo, OTT/TV, etc.
- Affiliate Management: Drive profitable new customer acquisition through conversion-focused influencer partnerships, PR affiliate links, and third-party platforms
- Source, onboard and nurture high performing affiliate partners that represent Pepper proudly
- Manage and optimize discount offers and commission rates
- Support key marketing campaigns and product launches by educating and seeding assets
- Monitor placements with partners, to ensure we’re maximizing exposure, traffic and conversion per site
- Rigorous Budget Management: Monitor, optimize and report on campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on ad spend
- Ad Creative Creation: Own development of high performing, on-brand creative by partnering with Creative for ad copy and relevant visuals, and Ecommerce & Merchandising on full funnel landing page experience
- Performance Analysis: Conduct systematic analyses of campaign performance and landing pages to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Report insights to relevant cross-functional teams such as the wider Marketing department and Product/Merchandising
- Testing & Innovation: Strategically conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and keywords to identify opportunities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and competitive
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing digital paid media at an e-commerce company
- Proven track record of driving measurable, effective results on paid search and video-based platforms like Youtube and OTT
- Utilizes a curious, data-informed, customer-centric lens to develop hypotheses and tests
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data, make insight-driven decisions and clearly articulate thought process
- Creative thinker with proactive and collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Highly adaptable, a continuous learner, and able to stay resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong organizational, project management skills

The expected salary for this role is $90-110,000, though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role’s location and may be outside of this number.
