We specialize in providing managed / outsourced billing services and claim funding for contractors in the roofing and restoration industry. SquareDash is the fastest way for roofers and restoration contractors to get paid on insurance claims.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a high-energy Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving daily execution across our inbound, outbound, marketing communications, and brand initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring that our marketing operations are running smoothly and aligned with our overall business objectives. As a builder with a strong execution mindset, you will help manage and implement key marketing projects and work cross-functionally to drive results.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to manage the operational side of our marketing efforts and ensure that inbound and outbound strategies are executed seamlessly. This is a hands-on, tactical role for someone who can bring structure to marketing projects and help us scale.
What you’ll do
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. This includes email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts. Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics. Use data to continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing efforts.
- Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the sales and other teams to develop collateral, case studies, and pitch decks that aid in driving conversions and engaging prospects.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify new channels, tactics, and tools that can help drive customer acquisition and retention. Experiment with growth hacks and innovative approaches to maximize reach and impact.
- Project Management in Notion: Utilize Notion for project management to organize, track, and communicate marketing initiatives. Maintain project timelines, task assignments, and campaign details in Notion, ensuring visibility for stakeholders and the timely completion of all marketing activities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product, sales, customer success, and finance to align on goals, campaigns, and strategies. Ensure marketing efforts support company-wide initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer value and improve product-market fit.

- Marketing growth pro: you have proven experience in start-up marketing environments, particularly in managing inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
- Project Manager: you are skilled at juggling multiple priorities and managing marketing projects from start to finish while leveraging project management software
- Demand generation expert: you have experience with inbound lead generation and paid demand generation strategies and know how to drive qualified leads.
- Analytical mindset: you use data to drive decision-making and can measure campaign performance effectively.
- Startup mindset: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working in a hands-on, dynamic role.
- Excellent communicator: you are able to communicate effectively across teams and ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.
