Full Job Description
As a Growth Marketer at BizzyCar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. We're looking for a 'jack of all trades' who is not only skilled in various marketing disciplines but is also eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into the work. Your role will involve a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution, focusing on generating results and building our brand. Our customers are car dealers, car manufacturers (OEM’s) and drivers of cars, so a deep understanding of customer dynamics and needs is critical to your success in this role. We are a high growth Automotive Tech SaaS company that is making cars safer on the road by utilizing Artificial Intelligence to identify customers with warranty recalls on their vehicles and give them the best customer experience to remedy their recall.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively across sales to develop and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and campaigns to drive revenue and support product launches
- Monitor BizzyCar long-term product roadmap and plan future messaging and marketing collateral
- Lead and support the creation of BizzyCar Sales Proposals / Presentations / Research Studies / White Papers / Marketing Collateral
- Social Media Mastery: Utilize platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engage with our audience.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Craft compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Traditional Media Savvy: Leverage traditional media channels effectively to complement digital efforts.
- Copywriting: Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials.
- Design Direction: Provide creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Tactical Execution: Efficiently execute marketing tactics to drive growth and measure their effectiveness.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to create marketing-qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
- Analytics and Reporting: Drive market and customer research collection, analysis, and interpretation of data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
- Get speaking/ panel slots for BizzyCar Leadership at conferences (virtual or on-site)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Automotive Technology SaaS will be given additional weight
- A self-starter with a strong initiative, aggressive in pursuing goals, and a bias for action.
- Exceptional skills in communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies.
- Hubspot experience, and/or experience with marketing automation software is a plus
