We are a Y Combinator-backed startup that has raised $3.3 million in funding. As we prepare to introduce a groundbreaking product called marketergrad.com, our mission is to bridge the gap between B2C/B2B startups, DTC E-commerce, and marketing agencies by connecting them with skilled growth marketers.

Job Overview

We're seeking talented growth marketers (and product marketers) with proficiency across paid, email, content, and various other channels to drive growth for our clients. The salary rate listed ($2,500-10,000) represents the average monthly retainer for fractional work

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with B2C/B2B startups, DTC E-commerce businesses, and marketing agencies to develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase retention.
  • Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a growth marketer or product marketer, with a track record of driving measurable results in a similar role.
  • Expertise across various marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
