Position Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Manager at Maven AGI, you will lead initiatives to drive top-of-funnel metrics, attracting a diverse range of clients from budding startups to large enterprises. You will oversee and innovate within our established channels, exploring new acquisition techniques to maximize ROI and ensure the efficient allocation of resources for finance teams.
As the founder member of Growth org, you will be focused on achieving profitable top-line growth through various strategies, including paid advertising, outbound email campaigns, landing page optimization, SEO efforts, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. We are looking for new, groundbreaking experiments that can drive massive ROI.
Your mission: to dive into the unknown, exploring new channels, acquisition techniques, product launches, and innovative ideas, all aimed at helping finance teams save time and money.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategy and execution of net new lead generation across the entire funnel, from awareness to demand generation.
- Ideate, develop, and launch new top-of-funnel campaigns or viral loops to attract new customers to Maven AGI.
- Own the feedback loop for testing new campaigns, analyzing results, and sharing insights with the GTM teams.
- Drive large-scale experiments, and maintain accountability for rapid and frequent iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall company objectives.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on managing and scaling successful integrated multi-channel campaigns at high-performing startups or other tech sectors
- Proven track record of owning and achieving pipeline, revenue, or metric goals, demonstrating accountability and results-driven performance
- Deep customer empathy, with the ability to use first-principles thinking to design campaigns that resonate with finance teams and executives
- An ownership mentality, with the creativity to innovate in product messaging and the ability to learn and scale successful strategies
- Confidence to take calculated risks, driven by the aspiration for exceptional outcomes.
- Highly analytical in your approach
- SEO expertise for organic growth
- Drive data driven approach to growth marketing with a focus on ROAS
Nice To Haves:
- Experience in AI or a startup environment targeting business owners and founders.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics
- Expertise in paid acquisition, with experience managing campaigns from inception to post-hoc analysis
