Graphic Designer

Alpek Polyester is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer who can bring creativity and innovation to our marketing team. This role involves creating visually compelling designs that elevate our brand's aesthetic and communicate our message effectively across various platforms.

The Graphic Designer will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

• Developing and designing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital graphics.
• Collaborating with team members to create cohesive designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Creating engaging content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to craft high-quality visuals.
• Executing revisions and adjustments based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Staying updated on design trends and industry best practices to maintain a modern and fresh look.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual clarity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the capability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Willingness to adapt and grow with the company's evolving design needs.
