We’re on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer with a flair for digital creativity to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who can blend their design expertise with strategic thinking to elevate our brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality digital marketing materials, social media graphics, web interfaces, and print collateral that align with Booksy’s goals and visual identity.
- Apply a solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices to ensure designs are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Prepare files for print, including color correction and understanding of print production processes.
- Propose design solutions that address business challenges and contribute to an engaging user experience.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across different platforms and ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance Booksy’s visual identity.
- Work closely with the Creative Team and other departments internationally to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Demonstrate a passion for creativity and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience can be a substitute.
- At least 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a tech company, digital agency, or in-house creative team. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or tech industry, especially designing for SaaS products, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
- Knowledge of print production processes and color correction.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and effective in communicating messages.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Passion for creativity and design with a commitment to learning and growth.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
