About the Role
Our client is seeking a beginner-level book cover designer for a project. This remote position offers an opportunity to create a meaningful cover design for a religious book. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and fresh perspective to this important project, working closely with the author to capture the essence of the book.
Responsibilities:
- Design an engaging and appropriate book cover for a religious text
- Conceptualize multiple design ideas based on the book's theme and content
- Create visually appealing typography for the book title and author name
- Select and manipulate appropriate images or create original artwork for the cover
- Ensure the design is suitable for both print and digital formats
Requirements
- Basic skills in graphic design, specifically for book covers
- Proficiency in design software
- Creativity and ability to generate multiple design concepts
- Understanding of basic design principles
