About the Role

We are seeking a freelance web developer for a client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate our brand’s vision into a compelling online experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the Kay Events website.
• Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.
• Implement new features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
• Optimize the website for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
• Knowledge of web design principles, including UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
