About the Role

A content curation and publishing platform is seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to redesign their single-page website. The company aims to elevate their online presence with a more professional and visually appealing design that effectively communicates their service offerings. The ideal candidate will create a modern, user-friendly design inspired by high-quality websites from Y Combinator startups, with a particular focus on clarity and process visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Redesign the company's single-page website using Figma, ensuring the design is optimised for implementation with Tailwind/DaisyUI CSS framework.
• Create a visually appealing and professional design that effectively showcases the company's services and aligns with modern design trends.
• Develop a user-centric interface that prioritises clarity and intuitive navigation.
• Incorporate elements that enhance process visibility and user understanding of the company's offerings.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of the design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing single-page website designs.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create detailed, implementation-ready designs.
• In-depth knowledge of Tailwind CSS and DaisyUI framework, and how to design with their implementation in mind.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with a focus on creating clean, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
