About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative video editor to produce dynamic performance reels for a musician based in Ireland. The goal is to create 60 to 90-second videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that captivate audiences and highlight the essence of the musician’s performances. These reels should feature a polished, high-energy editing style with creative techniques like Ken Burns effects, multicam angle switching, and color grading to achieve a cohesive and professional look.

You will be responsible for syncing multicam footage and audio recordings, crafting engaging edits, and ensuring that the final videos are optimized for social media platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver 6 to 10 reels per month with consistent quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, specifically for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in multicam editing, syncing audio, and applying creative cuts.
• Experience in color grading and color space transformation to unify footage styles.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, engaging reels in a timely manner (6–10 reels per month).
• Familiarity with musicianship or performance-based content is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with recurring monthly deadlines.

This role is remote, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule while meeting project timelines.
