Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop job descriptions and postings that attract top talent.
- Collaborate with international clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and preferences.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates about their application status and next steps.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal formats in native language and English.
